About the Artist

Tyler Kurth is an Illustrator and Sign Artist based out of Boston MA. Her work predominantly consists of hand drawn, well thought out signage to accompany food products that highlight and entice customers interest in a product. Trying to keep things fun, she is always taking her projects into a more cartoony outlook, personifying food, animals and more, matching that to a colorful, hand drawn font. When hard at work, most every sign project gets the attention of one her most used tools, posca paint pens. Their solid color pay off and consistent line are perfect for signage and function on a variety of surfaces.

When she’s not doing chalkboards, menu boards or cut styrene signage, she uses her free time to explore, and develop characters, creatures, and abstract landscapes. Fantasy found in her favorite music and video games really drive these images to come to life, using materials such as acrylic paints, pens, and watercolor based markers.
