The Lizard King

This spiral bound book contains a series of acrylic painting based upon a select twelve poems by Jim Morrison, sourced from his poerty collection The Lords and the New Creatures. Illustrations aim to depict the poetry in an abstract and surreal manner. Each poem was studied and re-interpreted by the artist, attempting to get into the mind of both famous musician and poet Jim Morrison and create a new, uique world to indulge in his art.
